The MP CLASSIC scenario is a scenario stub that you can use if you need an authorized multiplayer scenario for a multiplayer game. You cannot play this scenario in singleplayer and you do not see a preview if you load it as a multiplayer scenario. The code is generated dynamically on the server if all player slots that you have defined are filled.
